Spring Med is a digital voucher-based health service, that allows member to seek treatment for everyday minor ailment that would otherwise keep them out of work or children home from school, as well as direct telephonic support on any health issues/topics.
Vouchers are redeemed at a convenient local community pharmacy and includes a clinic consultation with the nursing sister and medication up to Schedule 4, dispensed by the pharmacist.

Members have access to a 24/7 telephonic nurse line. The benefit includes telephonic information on minor illnesses, health topics such as supplements, acne, obesity, healthy eating plans, eating disorders, exercise routines, medical conditions, chronic illnesses, living with HIV/AIDS and surgical procedures etc.

A member has access to a Dischem Pharmacy benefit that makes his/her monthly health budget go further. The benefit brings about a saving by means of varying discount coupons on a selection of up to 35 items for a specific month. One can save between R50 and R1000 per month depending on the type of product discount selected and the number of times the coupons are redeemed.
